Thank you this was VERY informative and valuable. Wish I'd known this one or two years ago. Hope they have this at the organic shop where I live. Would order the drops you suggest but I doubt they'd ship to Netherlands.
Now to share this at FB.

I just dropped some fresh raw tumeric curcumin from the market into my smoothie here in Thailand.  Thanks for your video.

As far as mixing Curcumin with black pepper. Do you think I could just get a jar of crushed up organic black pepper and mix about a tsp of black pepper with a glass of water? Or is there a certain way that I need to be taking the black pepper with my Curcumin? Also, I take about 4 500mg pills of curcumin 2 to 3 times a day. I have been having constant non-stop ringing in my left ear for about a year now. The only thing that seems to help the level of ringing reduce is taking curcumin. This leads me to believe that my brain is experiencing un-healthy levels of inflammation.

I have a question(s): I took MERIVA® TUMERIC COMPLEX 500mg twice a day for 2 weeks, thinking I would need to take less Ibuprofen… but I didn't see any difference at all. Any comments on that?

Great video; very informative.  I already cook with turmeric/black pepper a lot for my joints.  Didn't know about the brain benefits.  Husband prefers to supplement.  I will keep the liquid organic in mind for next purchase.  I might have to supplement as well for days I don't cook with it.  See if it helps with the ADD and depression.  Thanks.
