Turmeric belongs to the ginger root family. It is known for its use in Asian cuisine, however it also can be used in a tea form to lose weight. Simply drinking this daily boosts the metabolism of the whole body, reducing swelling and making you feel absolutely fantastic. Add cinnamon and honey (even add ginger if you like) to make this even more effective.
