RECIPE:
12 ounces of filtered water
1 TBS of Braggs apple cider vinegar
2 TBS of organic lemon juice
1 Tsp of cinnamon
1 Tsp of fresh ginger

mix and drink
I like to use a mason jar to shake it up and let sit in the refrigerator and drink later. I will drink 2 per day.

Yeah, carbonated water is not good for you. The carbon dioxide actually takes water OUT of the red blood cell. I knew someone who said that their running coach would not allow soda or ANY kind of carbonated drink for that reason.
