DIY Homemade ‘Weight Loss Pills’ ♡ How to lose weight by boosting metabolism

These pills contain spices that are really effective at boosting the metabolism and reducing your appetite – and therefore can be used for loosing weight if you that’s something you want to do. But you need to be careful when using them because they can be quite strong and you shouldn’t use them if you are allergic to any of the spices or susceptible to heart burn or possibly chronic IBS, because for some people they can irritate the stomach.

Instructions:
– empty capsules (either empty out capsules you already have) or buy them online: http://www.iherb.com/now-foods-healthy-foods-single-0-vcaps-1000-empty-vcaps/16528?rcode=gow915
– cayenne pepper ground
– turmeric ground
– cinnamon ground

Press a third of each spice into the capsule then click the two sides together 🙂 Take one daily with a meal, if you feel fine taking one you can move up to 2 and even 3 over a few weeks. Make sure to be taking with food. Obviously use alongside a low fat/sugar diet and incorporate exercise into your daily routine if you are trying to lose weight and those options are available to you.

cayenne:
Experts suggest cayenne pepper can speed up your metabolism by as much as 25 percent. The ingredient responsible for this benefit is none other than capsaicin, the active ingredient found in cayenne pepper. This ingredient is what gives peppers its spicy flavour. Capsaicin is considered a thermogenic chemical which can help increase your metabolism. Aside from boosting your metabolism, capsaicin can also suppress your appetite, which means that you will feel fewer hunger pangs and eat less food.

Turmeric
The orange pigment in turmeric -curcumin has a host of beneficial effects. Curcumin may help in inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis and even high cholesterol levels.Further evidence suggests that curcumin can increase thermogenesis, leading to increased fat burning.

Cinnamon
Cinnamon’s health benefits stem from its essential oils that activate insulin receptors and mimic the action of insulin to control blood sugar levels. Another compound in cinnamon, hydroxycinnamaldehyde, helps fight inflammation, a condition that has been linked to an increased risk for being overweight or obese. Cinnamon compounds may also reduce levels of harmful blood lipids that have also been associated with obesity. Daily cinnamon supplements may also boost antioxidant effects in your body that can reduce oxidative stress in metabolic syndrome, a condition that contributes to obesity.

Daily consumption of Cinnamon is not good for health… that's what my ammamma (grandmother) used to say…

1) Chewing a very tiny piece of Imli (Tamarind), for 2 minutes can help reduce weight. (Make sure you don't take it empty stomach, this might cause diarrhea). You can add tamarind to your daily diet. (Tamarind is my favourite ❤????).

2) Soak 2-3 Tulasi leaves (Holy Basil leaves) overnight in a copper glass. Drink the water empty stomach as soon as u brush in the morning. (We have abundance of Krishna Tulasi in Kerala, India, Krishna Tulasi has got medicinal values too. If at all u can get Krishna Tulasi, then that's the best).

These methods might take time to prove you the results but it is really effective.

Who would`ve thought that I seemed to be capable of achieving these fabulous results? I actually never thought in five days that I would be able to decrease 7 lbs.
